You have heard it before…you are what you eat (and drink)! The Canadian Government has released a brand new food guide aimed at encouraging healthy choices with respect to food and drink. Our nutrition choices can fuel our bodies or they can set us up for health concerns…they have that much power!! Those health concerns can include injuries to our muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones just to name a few. Choose the right fuel and your body will thank you!
