A Body In Motion’s Pelvic Physiotherapy team is looking for a very enthusiastic and motivated Registered Pelvic Physiotherapist to become a part of our family to cover a one-year maternity leave! Our waitlists are growing exponentially, and this position does carry the strong potential for remaining on staff in a permanent capacity.
The A Body In Motion Pelvic Physiotherapy Centre is located in a gorgeous new standalone building centrally located in Kitchener, Ontario, and is accessible from all major routes. Our private treatment rooms are beautifully furnished, spacious and provide a warm and relaxing atmosphere in which to heal. Our Centre houses a talented team of pelvic healthcare professionals who have undergone extensive training in this field. With several years of combined experience and ongoing continuing education, we have the expertise to provide the very best pelvic treatment and to provide mentorship to our newest team members.
Our goal is to provide an integrative and supportive environment to all team members in an enjoyable atmosphere that has continued to flourish over the last 24 years. Our clinics also have the privilege of offering Registered Physiotherapy along with Registered Massage Therapy which allows us to work as a collaborative team to ensure our clients are receiving the very best care.
Our ideal candidate would have an incredible passion for pelvic health and a strong desire to collaborate and mentor with a team of dedicated practitioners and would:
·have 2 or more years of experience in a private practice as an asset.
·be a registered member in good standing with their provincial College.
·be duly licensed and rostered with the College of Physiotherapists for internal assessments and treatments.
·have completed level 1 and level 2 with Pelvic Health Solutions or an equivalent program. Further level completion is an asset.
·be comfortable treating both male and female clients as an asset but not required.
·possess a strong desire to continue to expand their knowledge base and share their compassion with a diverse client population.
·have strong orthopedic skills to enhance and support pelvic treatments.
·**new graduates with a pelvic passion are encouraged to apply and mentor.

A Body In Motion’s Massage Therapy Team is growing again and we are looking for a very enthusiastic and motivated Registered Massage Therapist to become a part of our family and meet the demands of our ever-growing practice!
Our physiotherapist owned clinic is located just outside of downtown Kitchener and is a beautifully built, warm, and welcoming space with lots of parking. Our goal is to provide an integrative and supportive environment to all team members in an enjoyable atmosphere that has continued to flourish over the last 23 years. Our clinics offer Registered Massage Therapy along with Registered Physiotherapy, Pelvic Physiotherapy and Vestibular Therapy. This has allowed us to work as a collaborative team to ensure our clients are receiving the absolute best care from a team that is incredibly caring and compassionate.
Massage Therapy Details
*sound-proofed room in a full functioning physiotherapy clinic with the initiative of collaborative integrated healthcare.
*full access to reception coverage which will include answering phones, booking appointments and fielding client questions during designated ABIM reception hours.
*fully accessible washroom located directly next to the massage room for convenience for therapists and clients.
*ABIM written material, website and signage will indicate massage therapy on site and social media promotion is available
*monthly rent will be discussed with interested parties.
*space is available beginning January 1st, 2025.
*security for the building will be implemented according to clinic hours which will be Mon to Thurs 6am to 7pm and Friday 6am to 4pm. The option of hours on Saturday and Sunday will be at the RMT’s discretion as ABIM will not operate on weekends however the building will be made available to accommodate.
*the lease will account for one half of the available billable time (which equals full time hours if desired) and will be shared equally with your RMT partner. Hours will be divided equally and fairly.
*the use of the point-of-sale machine is available and optional.
*on-site laundry services are available
*RMT will provide scheduling software be utilized by the ABIM staff to assist with bookings
*RMT’s will be required to generate their own invoices for their clients and admin will handle transactions, obtain payment, and provide your invoices to your clients during scheduled reception hours.
*materials including lotions, creams, sanitizing products etc. required to operate the massage therapy business will be the responsibility of the individual RMT.
Our long standing and respectful relationships with medical doctors, obstetrician/gynecologists, urologists, midwives, naturopaths, registered massage therapists, chiropractors, surgeons, and osteopaths as well as the most incredible referrals from current and past patients, and colleagues continue to expand our practice and we are looking for an exceptional massage therapist who is eager to grow in a thriving environment.
