I am sure by now that you are all aware that Premier Ford has reinstated a Stay-at-Home Order for the Province of Ontario. As Regulated Health Professionals, the therapy team at A Body In Motion Rehabilitation are deemed essential and for this reason, we will continue to operate under the same strict health and safety guidelines that we currently have in place. We would ask for your co-operation in following these guidelines:

• Please arrive for your appointment at your scheduled appointment time and please REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE. PLEASE CALL US WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND ARE PARKED (Victoria St 519-579-3746, Boardwalk 519-578-4000). We ask for your patience if you do not get through immediately, please wait a moment or two and call back! One of our team members will perform an active COVID screening and invite you in at your appointment time. Our doors will remain locked, so we are better able to keep you safe and healthy. If you do not have a cellphone, we will absolutely devise an alternative plan.

• We ask that you wear your mask into the clinic, and you keep your mask on for the duration of your appointment. Indoor mask wear has been mandated by the Province.

• You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon arrival and your therapist will escort you into your treatment area.

• TOUCHLESS PAYMENT OPTION: patients do have the option of having their credit card information securely stored in their encrypted file. Our administrative team would be happy to process your payment and have your receipt in your inbox before you leave the clinic.

We want to thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your ongoing cooperation. We recognize that this is vastly different from what our patients are used to, and we look forward to the days when our waiting areas are filled with chatter and the smell of coffee.
