What the World Needs Now Is Love Sweet Love!

Each February, A Body In Motion Rehabilitation selects a recipient of our “Love to Share the Love” Campaign! For the month of February, we will host a fundraising campaign with the proceeds aimed at helping those who need us most! This year, we have selected the Kitchener Waterloo Special Olympics!

Special Olympics Ontario is a volunteer-driven organization with some 18,000 athletes and 8,000 volunteers registered across the province. Athletes range in age from eight to eighty and have the opportunity to train in eighteen official sports and numerous demonstration sports.

At the community level, Special Olympics Ontario Kitchener-Waterloo has 240 registered athletes and 170 registered volunteers. Every facet of the program from administration to coaching is run by volunteers.

The primary objective of Special Olympics Ontario is to contribute to the physical, social and psychological development of people with intellectual disabilities through positive, successful experiences in sport.

We are asking our fabulous clients to help us share the love! We would love your help…no matter how large or small…to facilitate the support of our local special Olympic athletes!! We will be hosting some fun in-clinic activities throughout the month to help raise money!  ABIM will match all donations received!

Thank you for helping A Body In Motion “share the love”!   #sharethelove #ABIM #specialolympics #abodyinmotion #physio #pelvicphysio #massagetherapy #vestibulartherapy @kwspecialolympics

We're Moving!

Please note, as of the end of this year our Waterloo clinic at 430 The Boardwalk will be moving to our Kitchener location at 289 Victoria St. North. All our amazing staff and services will be available at the Kitchener location. We look forward to seeing you there!
