A Body In Motion Rehabilitation is growing and we are searching for an energetic, outgoing individual to join our team as our Office Administrator at our Victoria Street location. This is a full-time position and will involve the following:
• welcoming clients to our facility
• providing top rate representation of our clinics to new and potential clients both face to face and via
electronic correspondence
• maintaining an organized and efficient treatment schedule, and managing all forms of payments
• monitoring important dates with respect to client treatment plans
• completing third party billing
• maintaining ongoing professional relationships with doctors, specialists, other health care professionals
and community professionals including lawyers and insurance representatives
• maintaining the day to day clinic operations, supporting the team and providing assistance when necessary
The most suitable candidate will:
• be confident, well-spoken , patient and pleasant
• have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• have excellent organizational and leadership skills
• have familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• have excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software and be willing to learn and utilize
current practice software
• manage time and processes with an eye for efficiency and strategic changes
• take initiative in solving problems and improving processes
• qualifications in administrative studies will be an asset
• experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role, particularly in a healthcare
setting, will be an asset
